Delivery & Returns


Please make orders through our website using credit card for payment. Once your order has been processed you will receive a payment confirmation email and follow up emails to keep you updated on when your order will arrive with you.

If you would like any help or advice in choosing a gift or creating a custom kit or gift pack please enter your details into the Contact Us form or send us an email and we will reply ASAP with suggestions. We are full of great gift ideas and friendly advice!


At the moment we are only delivering within Australia. We offer a special free, next day delivery service for all local orders made before 1pm weekdays.  The following suburbs included:

Mosman Park, North/South/East Fremantle, Fremantle, Bicton, White Gum Valley, Beaconsfield, Palmyra, Cottesloe, Swanbourne, Peppermint Grove, Claremont, Mount Claremont, Nedlands, Dalkeith

Please note this delivery service is weekdays only.  Any orders made after 1pm Friday will be delivered Monday afternoon.  In choosing this delivery option you give authority for order to be left in a safe place if no one is home to receive. 

All other orders under $100 is a flat postage rate of $7. Any orders over $100 is free delivery within Australia. Wherever possible we work with the Australia Post service.  Please note Australia Post is unfortunately experiencing huge delays at the moment.  Postage interstate (and possibly within WA) may take a little longer than usual!   We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quick as possible.  


If an order is not what you expected or is faulty please let us know via email within 7 days of receiving. Instructions on how to return will be sent to you and we will exchange or provide refund. If not happy with product, it must be returned in perfect condition.

If item is faulty all shipping costs will be waived, otherwise items must be returned at expense of customer.
