Ordering
Please make orders through our website using credit card for payment. Once your order has been processed you will receive a payment confirmation email and follow up emails to keep you updated on when your order will arrive.
If you would like any help or advice in choosing a gift or creating a custom kit or gift pack please enter your details into the 'Contact Us' form or send us an email and we will reply ASAP with suggestions.
Delivery
At the moment we are only delivering within Australia. We offer free, next day delivery service for all local orders made before 1pm weekdays. The following suburbs included:
Mosman Park, North and East Fremantle, Fremantle, Cottesloe, Swanbourne, Peppermint Grove, Claremont.
Please note this delivery service is weekdays only. Any orders made after 1pm Friday will be delivered Monday afternoon. In choosing this delivery option you give authority for order to be left in a safe place if no one is home to receive it.
All other orders under $200 is a flat postage rate of $11.00. Orders over $200 is free delivery within Australia. Wherever possible we work with the Australia Post service where shipping is usually 2-8 business days.
Please note; Australia Post is unfortunately experiencing huge delays at the moment. Postage interstate (and possibly within WA) may take a little longer than usual. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
